We recommend telling them before purchase so they know to expect our address-confirmation call and a driver at their curb each week. The onboarding form includes your note for the handoff.
What happens when my Closing Gift service is over?
We reach out directly to your client with the option to continue on their own dime at our standard rate. You're never billed again, and there's no pressure on your client either way.
What if the property is outside Charleston?
Enter the property address on the next step. Stripe saves your card without charging it. Our team confirms exact availability first, and we charge the selected one-time amount only if we can serve the address.
Can I send this for every closing?
Yes. Each closing gift is a separate one-time purchase, so you can choose the right term for each client without starting a subscription.
